Fitness Classes

With Spring around the corner, it's a great time to sign up for some of our Wellness Classes!

Each class will meet weekly on the same day of the week at the same time in the same location (Some meet twice a week). Please sign up for the class or classes you would like to take. You may be accepted into more than one class if space is available.

You will be contacted via email to confirm that you are in the class. (Reminders go out weekly, usually the day prior to class)

If you sign up for one of the cooking, mocktail, or painting classes, you may be contacted via text as well, so please include your phone number.

We hope you get into the class you want. Please realize that we will do our best to accommodate your interests as we move forward in future sessions, and we thank you for your participation.

Have a great day and be well!
