Fitness Classes

We are excited to be offering a small session of classes for the next four weeks beginning next week. (July 15 – Aug 9)

We hope you are enjoying your summer and surviving the heat!

Although it’s important to take care not to overdo it in the heat; keeping the body moving helps regulate blood flow and overall health so you are better equipped to handle stressors like heat and others when faced with them.
