Fitness Classes
We hope you had a nice break and are excited to hit the ground running with a focus on wellness. Classes begin next week for Session 4 and will run for 6 weeks (Jan 13 - Feb 22).Â
Each class will meet weekly on the same day of the week at the same time in the same location. (Some meet twice a week)

Please sign up for the class or classes you would like to take. You may be accepted into more than one class if space is available. You will be contacted via email to confirm that you are in the class. (Reminders go out weekly, usually the day prior to class)

If you sign up for one of the cooking, mocktail, or painting classes you may be contacted via text as well, so please include your phone number.
